Delivery

Orders are shipped via several carriers (Colissimo, Chronopost, Chronofresh, TNT) in Metropolitan France. Gers & Papilles selects the most suitable for your order to deliver you as soon as possible and in the best sanitary conditions.

Participation in the postage and packing costs:

• 18€ TTC for a delivery to the same address for an amount less than 150€.
• 23€ TTC for a delivery to the same address for an amount from 150€ to 249€.
• 28€ TTC for a delivery to the same address for an amount from 250€ to 399€.
• Free shipping from 400€.

Delivery times are only given as an indication.

Possible delays do not entitle the customer to claim damages.

The goods travel under the responsibility of the carrier. In the event of breakage, missing or damage noted on the package, make the usual reservations on the delivery slip and confirm these reservations to the carrier by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within 48 hours.
